AI assistant notice
DAEB provides two disclosed AI assistants. This notice explains what they are, how they work and what they will not do.
Sophia and Atlas are live on every page of this site
Who you are speaking with
Sophia — Portfolio & Impact Adviser — answers questions about the Group, its ventures, relationships, status labels and social-infrastructure work.
Atlas — AI, Business & Strategy Adviser — answers questions about applied AI, sovereign compute, intelligent business systems and partnership pathways.
Both are AI systems. Neither is a person, neither claims to be, and both disclose their nature at the start of a conversation.
What they know
Assistants answer from published pages of this website and approved Group material, and cite the pages they rely on. If something is not published or approved, they say so rather than speculating.
They do not invent facts about financial scale, approvals, endorsements, partnerships, customers or outcomes, and they will not restate claims the Group has not evidenced.
What they will not do
Assistants are bounded by design.
- No financial, investment, legal, medical or immigration advice.
- No offers, pricing, commitments, negotiations or contractual statements on behalf of the Group.
- No claims about valuation, funding, approvals, land, registration or endorsement.
- No collection of sensitive personal, health or payment information.
- No impersonation of the founders, employees or any real person.
Memory and data
Within a conversation, an assistant remembers what you have said so it can answer usefully. Longer-term memory is off unless you choose it, is limited to the details you provide for follow-up, and can be erased on request.
Conversations may be retained for a short, disclosed period for quality and security review. See the Privacy Notice for retention and your rights.
Human handoff
You can ask for a person at any point. Enquiries involving capital, government, legal, privacy, care or anything material are routed to the Group office by default.
Accuracy and reporting problems
Assistants may be incomplete or out of date. Nothing they say overrides the published pages of this website or a written statement from the Group. If an assistant gives an incorrect or inappropriate answer, please report it through the contact page so it can be reviewed.
