Governance
Progress earns trust through how it is governed.
These are operating rules, not aspirations. They constrain what we publish, what our systems may do without a person, and how we treat the people affected by our ventures.
Truth in corporate communication
No claim without evidence.
We do not publish valuations, assets under management, revenue, capital raised, project values, endorsements, approvals, customer numbers, outcomes, awards or certifications without documented evidence, an approval record and a review date.
Claims
Evidence, source, approval, expiry
Every factual claim carries a source, an approval record and a review date. When evidence lapses, the claim comes down.
Relationships
Described exactly
Each portfolio entry carries one approved relationship label. We never describe a shareholding as a wholly owned division.
Imagery
Labelled honestly
Concept visuals and illustrative images are labelled. No rendering is presented as a completed or operating asset.
Regulated activity
Nothing implied
No financial product, advice, return or licensed service is offered or implied anywhere on this website.
Human oversight
Approval before material action
Automated systems surface evidence and recommendations; accountable people approve actions that affect people or money.
Environment
Energy as a constraint
Infrastructure planning treats low-carbon energy strategy and efficiency as design requirements.
Responsible AI
Disclosed, bounded and reviewable.
- AI assistance on this website is disclosed before use, never presented as a human.
- Assistants answer from published DAEB material and cite the pages they rely on.
- Assistants do not give financial, legal, medical or immigration advice, and do not negotiate or commit the Group.
- Conversation memory is limited, disclosed and erasable on request.
- Any enquiry can be handed to a person, and sensitive topics are routed to a person by default.
Stewardship
Accountable to the next generation.
As a family enterprise, our timeframe extends beyond the current leadership. Decisions on capital, partnerships and ventures are tested against a simple question: will this still be defensible in twenty years?
