Group companies and portfolio ventures operate their own websites and privacy notices. This notice covers this website only.

We collect only what is needed to respond to you and to operate the site.

• Enquiry details: name, role, organisation, work email, optional phone, country, venture or sector of interest and your message.
• Consent records: what you consented to, when, and the version of the notice shown.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited, in server logs.
• Cookie data: strictly necessary cookies always; analytics, functional and marketing cookies only with your consent.
• AI assistant conversations: the messages you send, any handoff details, and whether you asked to speak with a person.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, route them to the right part of the Group, keep records of consent, secure the site, and improve content.

• Performance of a contract or steps prior to it — responding to your enquiry.
• Legitimate interests — site security, fraud prevention, and understanding aggregate site performance.
• Consent — non-essential cookies, marketing updates and optional AI conversation retention.
• Legal obligation — record-keeping and responding to lawful requests.

Our AI assistants are disclosed as AI and answer from published DAEB material. Conversation content may be retained for a limited period to provide continuity and quality review, and can be deleted on request.

Assistants do not provide financial, legal, medical or immigration advice, and do not make commitments on behalf of the Group. Sensitive enquiries are routed to a person.

We disclose personal information to service providers who host this site, deliver email, provide analytics where consented, and supply AI processing. Providers act on our instructions under contract.

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose enquiry content to portfolio ventures unless your enquiry is directed to that venture.

Group activity spans Australia, India, the United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States. Where information is transferred outside your country, we use contractual protections such as standard contractual clauses and require equivalent safeguards.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to respond and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Consent records are retained for the period required to evidence consent. AI conversation logs are retained for a short, disclosed period unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, the GDPR and UK GDPR, you may exercise the rights below. We respond within the statutory timeframe and do not charge for reasonable requests.

• Access a copy of your personal information.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request erasure where we no longer need the information.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, including cookie consent.
• Data portability where the GDPR applies.
• Lodge a complaint with us, with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or with your local supervisory authority.

We use encryption in transit, least-privilege access, logging, secure secret storage, input validation and rate limiting on forms. No system is perfectly secure; we notify affected individuals and regulators where required by law.

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
